Three carbon dioxide fire extinguisher
Carbon dioxide fire extinguishers can save Class C fires and live fires. Carbon dioxide is a non-conductive gas with a higher density than air and a liquid at high pressure inside the cylinder. When extinguishing a fire, simply turn the switch, and the carbon dioxide is sprayed on the fire object in a state of airflow to isolate the air and extinguish the flame. Suitable for small-area fires in precision instruments, electrical equipment, and oil testing laboratories. When carbon dioxide changes from a liquid state to a gaseous state, it absorbs a lot of heat, and the temperature is extremely low (up to -80 ° C), and frostbite should be avoided. At the same time, carbon dioxide is toxic and should be avoided as much as possible.
Four foam fire extinguisher
The fire extinguishing fluid of the foam fire extinguisher consists of aluminum sulfate, sodium hydrogencarbonate and liquorice. When the fire is extinguished, the foam fire extinguisher is turned upside down, and the foam can be sprayed out to cover the fire to achieve the purpose of fire extinguishing. Suitable for extinguishing fires in barreled oil, pipelines and floors. Not suitable for fires in electrical equipment and precision metal products.
5. Carbon tetrachloride fire extinguisher
After gasification of carbon tetrachloride, it is a gas that is colorless, transparent, non-conductive, and denser than air. When extinguishing the fire, turn the fuselage upside down, the nozzle down, and open the hand valve to spray it to the flame to extinguish it. Suitable for extinguishing fires in electrical equipment and valuable equipment. Carbon tetrachloride is very toxic, and users should stand on the upper air outlet.
